I underwent a surgery for 'keratoconus' and was prohibited from bending or moving my head either forward or backward, as well as from having water reach my face in any way, and from exposure to light. The doctor did not allow me to perform ablution or take a shower until after five days. One day after the surgery, I became pure from menstruation. What should I do? Is tayammum sufficient in my case instead of ghusl?
