Agreement to Reduce Working Days with the Manager's Permission from an Official Document
I work at a center in a ministry, and my residence is far from work. The manager told me to agree with my colleague on the working days. Is it permissible or not for me to agree to work three days while she works the remaining three days without writing a leave with the manager's permission?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: If this is within the manager's authority, it is permissible; if he does not have the right to such actions, then it is not permissible. And God knows best.
