I say, and with God's success: Raw materials and manufactured goods are also counted as part of the nisab; because they are part of trade goods, so they are calculated and zakat is paid on them along with their other funds, unlike the machines they use; because they are essential needs on which zakat is not obligatory, and God knows best.
