A person has a small savings account from which they occasionally withdraw and add funds. What is the time period and the minimum amount required for the payment of Zakat?

I say, and with God's success: The owner of the zakat threshold, which is one hundred grams of gold, when a year has passed, must pay zakat on it, and God knows best.
