I say, and with God's guidance: It is permissible for a kidney patient to undergo dialysis during the day in Ramadan, and this does not break the fast. The extraction and reinsertion of blood, even if it is a large amount, as is the case with blood dialysis, does not affect the fast. The patient should continue their fast and has no obligation, whether this is done through injections used in the treatment of kidney failure, injections into the peritoneal cavity, or through a dialysis machine; this is because kidney dialysis, whether peritoneal or hemodialysis, does not enter the body through a legally recognized opening, and in fact, it does not enter the body at all. And God knows best.
