Eating Snake Meat
Is eating snake meat forbidden, and if so, what is the reason? Is using its skin for clothing also forbidden?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: The snake is one of the impurities, so its meat is not permissible to eat. However, if it can be tanned, it is permissible to use and wear it, and God knows best.
