If a fasting person is forced to eat and drink during Ramadan and then deliberately eats, drinks, and engages in intercourse
If a fasting person is forced to eat and drink during Ramadan and then deliberately eats, drinks, and engages in intercourse afterwards?
Answer
He must make up the fast without expiation; because his fast was invalidated before he deliberately did any of that, as stated in the rules of invalidators of fasting, pages 132-133.
