Inheritance Rulings
Is it permissible to waive inheritance before a person's death with everyone's consent? For example: My aunt has land, and we have a building on this land, and she wants to register it in our name. Is this permissible?
Answer
I say, and may God grant success: If there is mutual consent on this matter, and it does not result in the loss of anyone's rights, it is permissible, and there is no harm in it, and God knows best.
