Prayer in a Garment with Impurity on One Edge
What is the ruling for someone who prayed in a garment that had one edge become impure, but forgot which edge it was, and washed another edge of the garment without being cautious?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible to pray in it; because it is not a condition to be meticulous in washing the edge of the garment. Refer to: Sharh Al-Wiqayah p. 133, Al-Fatawa Al-Sirajiyyah p. 163, and Al-Durr Al-Mukhtar 1: 327, and God knows best.
