Prioritizing Hajj over Charity for the Deceased
My father passed away and did not perform Hajj due to his inability, and he also died young relative to the age permitted for Hajj. What is better and brings him more reward: appointing someone to perform Hajj on his behalf or constructing a water reservoir at a mosque as a continuous charity for him?
