Ruling on Blood After Menopause
A 47-year-old woman has not had her period for four months, and it returned lightly for three days with a light color. Is it permissible for her to fast during the days of Dhul-Hijjah?
Answer
I say, and with Allah's success: It is considered menstruation even if it is light, so she may fast if she becomes pure, and Allah knows best.
