Ruling on Executing a Will that is Unjust to the Heirs

Question
A man died and bequeathed the house to his wife, and his children are poor and could benefit from its price, knowing that the wife is not their mother but the wife of their father. Should the will be executed?
Answer

I say, and with Allah's success: There is no will for an heir, and the house should be divided among all the heirs according to Islamic law, and Allah knows best.
