Ruling on the Blood Resulting from the IUD
After the IUD was inserted, blood came down and lasted for ten days. Is this menstrual blood, or should I perform ablution and pray?
Answer
I say, and with Allah's guidance: If the interval between this and the previous blood is fifteen days, it is menstrual blood. If not, it is blood of irregular bleeding, and it is permissible to pray during it. And Allah knows best.
