Ruling on the Increase of Menstrual Duration Beyond the Usual
I have a thyroid condition, and today is the seventh day of my menstrual cycle, and usually my cycle lasts six days. Should I perform Ghusl and pray, or should I wait until the tenth day if the bleeding does not stop?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: You should wait until the tenth day. If the bleeding continues after that, you should perform Ghusl and pray, and make up the previous days. And God knows best.
