The absence of a machine for water extraction

Question
Is it permissible for a person in a state of ritual impurity to perform tayammum if he finds a well of water but does not find anything to draw the water out?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible for him to do that; if the water is in a deep well, and he does not find a tool to extract the water with, such as a bucket and rope or something similar, or he finds a tool but it is not pure, then he is allowed to perform tayammum in this case. Refer to: Sharh al-Wiqayah p. 106, al-Hadiyyah al-‘Alaiyyah p. 34, and Fath Bab al-‘Inayah 1: 111, and God knows best.
