I say, and with God's help: The blood money is specified in the Sharia, and perhaps the reason for its division is based on inheritance and testimony. The dhimmi is not better than the Muslim woman, nor is the man better than the woman; because the measure of superiority with God Almighty is based on piety and faith. These are merely worldly estimations that relate to strength and ability, and God knows best.
