The fund for those whose hearts are to be reconciled, does it cease until the Day of Resurrection, or if Muslims become weak again, is it permissible for us to give to those whose hearts are to be reconciled?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: The bank is affected by the reason for the existence of those whose hearts are to be reconciled, so whenever they are found, it is permissible to give to them, and God knows best.
