The Landlord's Sale of the Tenant's Property Without Their Consent to Recover Rent
A woman rented a house and has not returned to it for (5) months. No one from her acquaintances has inquired about her, her phone does not ring, and she has accumulated (400) dinars in rent. There is simple furniture belonging to her in the house, and the landlord wants to sell the furniture and vacate the house for re-renting.
