I say, and with God's success: A splint, its plural is splints: They are the sticks that are tied to the bone to set it straight, and it includes the ruling of wiping over the broken or wounded member, or the bandage, or the adhesive, or what is placed in wounds from medicine that prevents water from reaching it, like oil or others.
