The Muharram Shaved His Head
A person performed Tawaf during Umrah, and after the Tawaf, he shaved his head and exited the state of Ihram, then he came and performed Sa'i between Safa and Marwah. What are the consequences of his actions?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: If a pilgrim shaves a quarter of his head, he must offer a sacrifice, and if it is less than a quarter, he must give a charity like the charity of breaking the fast. And God knows best.
