The Non-Obligation of Praying for the Disbeliever
Is it obligatory to pray for the disbeliever?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is not obligatory upon him; because Islam is a condition for addressing the branches of Sharia, and the disbeliever is not among the people of Islam. Refer to: Maraqi al-Falah p. 173, and God knows best.
