The Oath of Lies for Fear of Expulsion from the University

Question
A university student studying dentistry in his fourth year at a private university had exam questions leaked, and the university administration became aware of the issue. They decided to ask students to swear an oath about whether they received the questions or not. Those who received the leaked questions would be expelled from the university permanently. The truth is that the student did receive the questions, but it turned out they were not from his curriculum, meaning he did not benefit from them at all. Is there a ruling on this oath? Is it permissible for him to swear that he did not receive them to avoid expulsion since he is in his fourth year? Knowing that his studies are very expensive, what is the ruling and what is the solution?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: It is possible to swear with a pretext, by swearing and intending that the questions which he benefits from in his exam did not reach him, so his oath is truthful and valid, and God knows best.
