The Obligation of Wiping Over the Head
Is it permissible to wipe over even one hair of the head for ablution if the woman is outside the house, and removing the hijab is difficult for her?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: It is obligatory to wipe a quarter of the head, so a woman can wet her hand and place it on the back of her head under the scarf, and this is sufficient for her if it is on the hair that is at the root of the head, and God knows best.
