What is the ruling for someone who has mud remaining in their nail and then performs ablution?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It suffices him for the washing; because the water penetrates it, so it does not prevent the water from reaching the nail. See: Sharh Al-Wiqayah, p. 91-92, and God knows best.
