Question
Do married daughters have a right to their father's lands that he sells for the shops where he and his four children work, knowing that the daughters do not receive anything from the profits of the shops? My children say that they have no right until after their father's death, and I want to know the religious opinion on this?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: The father must divide among his children and daughters and treat them all well, and he should not favor one of them with anything except for a clear need, and God knows best.
