The prayer is invalidated by supplicating for what one asks from people, such as: O Allah, marry me to so-and-so, or give me a thousand dinars, if it is before the Tashahhud; however, after the Tashahhud, it does not invalidate it; because the essence of people's speech after the Tashahhud does not invalidate the prayer, so how could anything resembling it.
