The Ruling on a Fasting Person Who Vomited a Mouthful and Then the Vomit Came Out and He Did Not Return It nor Did He Eat Again

Question
What is the ruling on a fasting person who vomited a mouthful and then the vomit came out and he did not return it nor did he eat again?
Answer
It does not break the fast; because it is a condition for vomiting that invalidates the fast to be intentional and to fill the mouth, and here one of them is missing, so it does not invalidate. See Al-Tahbīr 1: 325-326, and Al-Radd Al-Muhtar 2: 111.
