What is the ruling on a fasting person who vomits less than a mouthful and does not return it or bring it back himself?
Answer
He does not break his fast; due to not exiting; as filling the mouth has the ruling of exiting, and what is less than that is not considered exiting; because it can be controlled. Refer to Tabyin 1: 325-326, and Radd al-Muhtar 2: 111.
