I say, and with God's success: It is not permissible for a postpartum woman to touch the Quran, nor to read from it. However, it is permissible from a book of interpretation, provided that the text in it is more than the Quran, on the condition that she does not pronounce the Quran, or from a telephone if it has a cover that can be removed.
