The Ruling on Bequeathing a Specific Person to Bury After Death
Is it permissible for an elderly woman to bequeath her daughter's husband to bury her after her death, even though she has children who are unaware of her will?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: The will is only significant in matters related to money, and we have the option to implement it or not. The husband of the daughter is a permanent mahram to the mother, so he can place her in the grave without any shame. And God knows best.
