The Ruling on Distributing Zakat in Installments Before the Year Completes
Is it permissible to divide the zakat over the year even though the year completes in month 8?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: The one giving zakat can pay it in the way he chooses: immediately, deferred, or in installments, and God knows best.
