The Ruling on Impurity Reaching Clothes During Prayer

Question
She says that she suffers from urinary incontinence, which may affect her during prayer. She continues her prayer, and when she finishes, she washes the area of impurity and performs ablution for the next prayer. Sometimes her clothes are damp from washing. Is her action correct?
Answer

I say, and with God's help: Whoever has urinary incontinence is considered a person with an excuse, and such a person can pray even if impurity comes out of them and is present on their clothes, provided that they perform ablution within the time. They must perform ablution for each prayer time, and their ablution is invalidated when the time ends, so they should not perform ablution before the time begins. If removing the clothes continuously is difficult for them, it is permissible for them to pray with them on. And God knows best.
