Whoever prioritizes what is supposed to come later in the call to prayer should repeat only what was prioritized, and does not need to start the call from the beginning; because the order of the words in the call to prayer is Sunnah, as the order in prayer is obligatory, and the call to prayer is similar to it, so the order in it is Sunnah.
