The Ruling on Registering the Husband's Property in His Wife's Name
Is it permissible to register all of the husband's property in his wife's name, knowing that the husband has sons and daughters?
Answer
The answer: I say, and with God's success: This is a waste of the rights of his sons and daughters, so it is not permissible to do it, and God knows best.
