The Ruling on Releasing the Father from His Daughter's Husband's Rights
A woman was divorced by her husband, and the father released the husband from the immediate and deferred rights and maintenance, and she only took the jewelry. What is the ruling on that?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: this is her right, and no one is allowed to absolve anyone else, but perhaps her father has a great wisdom in that, and God knows best.
