Whoever insults religion has apostatized, and we seek refuge in Allah. They should return to Islam by pronouncing the two testimonies of faith, seek forgiveness from Allah, and be cautious of this. If they return to Islam and intend to fast before noon, they are considered fasting; otherwise, they should abstain from things that break the fast out of respect for Ramadan, and they must make up the fast without expiation.
