The Ruling on the Will for the Grandchildren of the Missing Son

Question
A man passed away a year ago, leaving behind a married son with three children, who has been detained for eight years, and it is unknown whether he is alive or dead. Before his death, the father verbally bequeathed the shop to the three children of the missing son. What is the ruling?
Answer

I say, and with God's success: The will is to be executed for them; because it is obligatory if it comes from one-third of the estate, and because they are not heirs. And God knows best.
