I say, and with God's help: The command of God is "Be!" and it is. So after creation has died and He, the Exalted, remains the Ever-Living, the Sustainer, He is capable of commanding the second breath, whether after the resurrection of Israfil or without it; for nothing is beyond His ability, and God knows best.
