Wearing the Jarmuq over a Thin Sock
Does wearing the Jarmuq over the thin sock prevent wiping over it?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: It is not prohibited and it is permissible to wipe over it; because the connection of the garment on the foot with the foot is not a condition; if it were a condition, it would not be permissible to wipe over the jarmuq.
