Wearing the Jarmuqain Without Khuff
If the conditions for wiping over the khuff are met in the jarmuq, is it permissible to wipe over it if worn alone without a khuff underneath?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: If the shoe is made of leather or something similar that allows for walking on it, it is permissible to wipe over it, whether it is worn alone or over the sock. Refer to: Sharh al-Wiqayah p. 114, and Nihayat al-Murad p. 387, and God knows best.
