I say, and with God's help: what you know according to the Shafi'is, but according to the Hanafis, it is obligatory for anyone who possesses the nisab. This is much easier for Muslims; because many people find themselves in great difficulty because of this, and because the poor are meant to receive charity, not to give it. And God knows best.
