Wiping over the Khuff for those wearing a Splint
Is it permissible to wipe over the Khuff for someone who has a splint on their foot, if they wipe it and then wear the Khuff?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible for him to wipe over the socks; because wiping over the bandage is like washing the feet. See: Maraqi al-Falah, p. 129, and God knows best.
