It is not permissible, but if two or three drops drip, it is permissible due to the presence of flow. See: Al-Ikhtiyar 1: 12, Al-Bada'i 1: 3, Hashiyat Isam al-Din Q6/A, and Fath Bab al-Inaya 1: 41.
